We are currently seeing more multiple-offer situations today than we have in the past decade. When our clients receive multiple offers, we first reach back out to interested parties to ask them to submit their highest and best offer. While price is an important factor, others such as contingency timelines, closing timelines, and down payment amounts all play a role. Once buyers have submitted these best offers, we’ll discuss the particulars of each and decide where to proceed.
